Parkway Teacher of the Year

We are proud to recognize our Parkway Teacher of the Year, now in her fourth year at Parkway. She joined our school community during the 2022–2023 school year and has been making a meaningful impact ever since.

A graduate of Appalachian State University, she earned her Bachelor of Music Education in Choral and General Music Education, with a minor in Special Education, in Spring 2021. Her passion for music, dedication to her students, and commitment to inclusive practices shine through in every performance, rehearsal, and classroom experience she leads.

Through her leadership and creativity, she helps students build confidence, find their voices, and develop a lifelong appreciation for music. We are grateful for the joy, energy, and excellence she brings to Parkway each day.

When she is not teaching, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her family.
